Mushroom and Capsicum Masala Recipe
It's a very nice mushroom and capsicum masala dish. You can make it by watching my step by step video of the process to make a delicious mushroom and capsicum masala for your meal. You need to have the following ingredients:
- Mushroom 200 Grams
- Capsicum 2 nos Medium Size
- Tomatoes 3 nos Medium Size
- Onion 1nos Medium Size
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon
- Curd 4 Tablespoons
- Kasoori Methi 1 Tablespoon
- Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoon
- Cumin Powder 1 Tablespoon
- Garam Masala 1 Tablespoon
- Red Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoon
- Turmeric 1 Tablespoon
- Home Made Masala 1 Tablespoon
- Sugar 1 Tablespoon
- Cloves 5nos
- Cinnamon 2 small sticks
- Bayleaf 1nos
- Oil 4 Tablespoons
- Salt to Taste
PREPARATION:
- Chop the Mushrooms
- Chop the Capsicum
- Grind the Tomatoes
- Grind the Onion
PROCESS:
- Heat oil in the pan
- Add cloves, Cinnamon and Bayleaf
- Add the Grinded Onion Paste
- Fry it for 2~3 minutes
- Add the Ginger Garlic Paste
- Fry for 1~2 minutes
- Add Grinded Tomato Paste
- Let it cook for 4~5 minutes
- Now Add Masalas one by one
- Add Coriander Powder
- Add Cumin Powder
- Add Garam Masala Powder
- Add Red Chilli Powder
- Add Turmeric Powder
- Add Home Made Masala Powder
- Add Salt
- Give a Good Stir
- Now Add Curd
- And Cook for 2~3 minutes
- Add the Chopped Mushrooms and Capsicums
- Mix it well
- Add the Sugar
- Add Kasoori Methi
- Add half a Cup of Water
- Let it Cook for 4~5 minutes with the Lid On
- Maintain a Medium Flame
- Now the Yummy and Delicious Mushroom and Capsicum Masala is Ready to be served
